Platinum Sponsorship - $10,000

Benefits Include:

- Opportunity to present a keynote address to our delegates.  Session duration is 45-60 minutes (depending on the schedule) and the session topic must be approved by conference planners, must be informational or motivational in nature and not sales-oriented.  
- One-year ContactNB membership (for contact centres) or associate membership (or a 12-month extension to your current membership)

- Opportunity to present a session to our delegates.  Session duration is 45-60 minutes (depending on the schedule) and the session topic must be approved by conference planners, must be informational or motivational in nature and not sales-oriented.

Bronze Sponsorship - $1,500

Trade Show

Contact Atlantic features a Trade Show area located near the conference meeting rooms.  On average, we host 10-20 exhibitors.  Trade Show tables are available to sponsors as outlined above or separately at the following rates:  (does not include any other benefits of sponsorship)

$ 750.00 for Members and Associate Members of ContactNB or the NS Contact Centre Association plus $175 for each vendor representative in attendance.  Each Trade Show booth may have up to two attendees. Additional attendees from your company will be charged at the conference delegate rate. 

$1000.00 for Non-Members plus $175 for each vendor representative in attendance.  Each Trade Show booth may have up to two attendees. Additional attendees from your company will be charged at the conference delegate rate. 

Conference Bag Contributions/Promotional Material

Your sponsorship of Contact Atlantic at any level or participation in the Trade Show allows you to include company promotional items or information in the conference delegate bags distributed to all conference delegates.

Our Trade Show participants will also be given an opportunity to do a 30-second introduction of your business during our opening ceremony

 Your company will be listed as an "Other Event Sponsor" on our signage and website and in communications.


 Nutrition Break

 Your company will be listed as an "Other Event Sponsor" on our signage and website and in communications.

 Bus Tour $1000.00 gets your company name promoted as the sponsor of the contact centre bus tour, and your logo on the website and printed materials, i.e., "The XXX Contact Centre Bus Tour", where XXX is your company name.   Your company will be listed as an "Other Event Sponsor" on our signage and website and in communications.


 Door Prizes


 Door prizes are greatly appreciated and bring a sense of excitement to the event.  You may either draw from business cards collected at your booth in the trade show, or from an attendee name badge draw done at the conclusion of the conference.
