Contact Atlantic is the largest contact centre industry conference and expo east of Montreal, drawing over 150 contact centre professionals from across Canada as well as delegates from the US and Europe. Over the 18-year history, it has grown to become Canada's Premier Contact Centre Industry Event. This three-day event is organized by a volunteer organizing committee with the direction of a not-for-profit private sector Board of Directors made up of Canadian industry leaders committed to industry growth, employee development and enhanced community awareness and promotion of the contact centre industry.
